We forward the personal information you provide directly to us to your Provider via "store and forward" technology, also known as "asynchronous" technology, which involves the electronic transmission to your Provider of the health information you provide us.
If your Provider approves a prescription, Coxaroc facilitates the arrangement and delivery of that prescription to you through __________________,Precision Pharmacy or another pharmacy of your preference (each a "Pharmacy").
